這是協會轉傳來免費語言發言的軟體，它對仍能操控電腦，雇用外勞的，應有幫助，因為外勞大多只會說簡單的國語，卻不會閱讀中文，若電腦可以說國語，立即解決了溝通的問題。

操作說明
您填字，她說話。

You type whatever in the left box and then press "say it" button and she says what you have typed and her eyes will follow the pointer. You Type...She speaks...technology has far surpassed me!!! This is amazing. Try it and see!! Turn up the volume. She will say anything you type. I don't know how they do this! When you move the mouse around, her eyes follow the pointer. When you write something in the left space and then click on 'Say it,' she says it! You can also change persons doing the talking and the language they speak. Technology! Wow!!

除了預設的英語和女聲，尚可作其他多種選擇：
您鍵入的詞語可以通過Language（語言）:選擇框 來選擇不同的對應語種。
如您鍵入的是中文，那麼就必須選用的是Chinese（中文）。再在Voice（語音）:選擇框 裡來選擇男聲或女聲；廣東話或台灣話（此時就不可輸入簡體了）。還可以在Effect（音效）:選擇框 裡選擇語速、回聲等多種音效。您鍵入...她說話...技術已經遠遠超過了我！這是驚人的。試一下看看！調高音量。 她會說成您設定的類型。我不知道他們是如何做到這一點的！當您移動鼠標左右，她的眼睛會跟著轉動。當你在左邊框裡寫上東西，然後點擊'Say It（講出來）'，她就說了！
